Kind of this research is descriptive that is survey in publicaccountant office in Palembang, which have recorded in IAPI 2010. The aim of this research is to analyze theinfluence of competence and independence toward audit quality simultaneouslyand partially. The title of this research is the influence of auditor’s competence and independence toward audit quality. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the Brain Storming Method can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes in the Sequence and Series material. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of classical completeness of students in the first cycle were 64.5%, while in the second cycle the results of classical completeness of students were 90.3%. The research instrument used was the learning outcome evaluation test and observation sheet. This type of research is Classroom Action Research, the subject of this study were students of class XI Office Administration as many as 31 students.

However, math anxiety and external locus of control affect microcomputer attitudes only indirectly, through their effect on computer anxiety, which is the strongest predictor of negative attitudes toward microcomputers. Managers' age, education, external locus of control, and thefeeling-thinking dimension of cognitive style are directly related to attitudes toward microcomputers. Results showed education is negatively related to computer anxiety, and external locus of control and math anxiety contribute to increased computer anxiety. Results of path analysis of survey data gatheredfrom 166 managers provided moderate support for the proposed model and the pattern of linkages specified among the variables. This study developed and tested a path model of individual difference variables as antecedents of computer anxiety and attitudes toward microcomputers among managers.
